INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES

Power Performance Training is a new cycling studio unlike any other in Edmonton that operates 12 CompuTrainers powered by a software called PerfPro.

These cycling classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to an experienced rider. Utilizing the perfpro software we are able to adjust resistance for each individual’s fitness level.

Our clients range from 18 years old to 75 years old, from road cyclists to triathletes and from serious racers to general population. Most of our clients participate in some sort of event through the year such as Grand Fondos, Triathlons of any distance, the MS Bike Tour, Ride to Conqure Cancer, and others simply enjoy riding on their own or with a local group ride.

The workouts are designed to have a progressive build over the weeks & months with testing done approx every 6 weeks to ensure that we are on track. Our goal is to maintain & build your cycling fitness (where ever your starting point is) through the off season so that you are ready to go for when the snow melts & you can hit the open road.

These types of classes do require that you have either a road bike, a triathlon bike, or a time trial bike. A rear training tire and a training skewer is required as well which can be found at any local bike store.

For the monthly passes, payment will be due on or before the 1st of every month.

Fridays: 6am
*Sundays: 8:30am - 1.5 to 2 hrs
